Oil central heating and 2x log burners. Range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, large drinks fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x Smart TVs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Ample off-road parking. Large front garden, large enclosed rear garden with patio. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.8 miles, pub 3.5 miles. Note: There may be restrictions on pool times due to local swimming lessons being held here on weekdays during the hours of 3:30pm-7:30pm and Wednesday/Friday mornings 10am-1:30pm.

Market Rasen is a lovely little market town, offering views of the beautiful countryside and woodland areas surrounding the Lincolnshire Wolds, a wonderful place for walking and nature spotting. Nearby is a fantastic 18-hole golf course, as well as the National Hunt racecourse offering a family-fun day out. The city of Lincoln is just a short journey away and well worth a trip, too, with a magnificent cathedral, a wide variety of shopping experiences and an 11th century castle, there's plenty here to see and do for all ages and interests.
