Underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed garden with furniture and indirect access to the owner's large gardens. Pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Off road for 2 cars, extra parking available for camper vans & trailers. Shop 5.8 miles and pub 1.5 miles. Note: No children under 12 please, except babes in arms due to the pond at the bottom of the garden
