Electric central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with ice box, TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking available on first come, first serve basis. Parking disc is included which gives you free usage of all car parks in town. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles. Please note there is no direct river view from the property, but the building is adjacent to the river which is accessible via steps 20 meters along the road ,step-free access to the river is available a few minutes walk via East street.
