Gas central heating with AGA and wood-burning stove. Electric oven, gas hobs, fridge freezer, slimline dishwasher, washing machine, tumblr dryer, TV, and WiFi. Fuel and power is included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Parking available at Hansons Garage across the road for 2 spaces. One well behaved pet is allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 0.3 miles, Shop 0.01 miles.

Ideally situated between the the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the seaside village of Combe Martin is home to England's highest sea cliff. The village offers all necessary amenities including eateries, shops and notable attractions including Watermouth Castle, Combe Martin Museum, Broadsands Beach, and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. Combe Martin is an ideal base for discovering and touring the delights of North Devon, with something for everyone. In close proximity is the coastal resort town of Ilfracombe, which offers five beaches, most of which that are owned by the National Trust. Ilfracombe is only a ten minute drive from the rurally tranquil Exmoor National Park, and boasts a natural harbour, cinema, pubs, restaurants, shops, Mini Golf, the Ilfracombe Aquarium, and frequent live music which creates a friendly and lively atmosphere.
