Overview
This stone-built cottage rests on the outskirts of Callington and sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms; 1 x king-size with en-suite with shower over bath, basin, bidet and WC, 1 x king-size and 1 x double with Jack-and-Jill en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/ breakfast room. Dining room with woodburning stove. Sitting room with woodburning stove. Snug. Garden room. Utility/shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC.
The Groom's House is a stone-built cottage resting close to the town of Callington. It houses one king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and one king-size and one double bedrooms which share a Jack-and-Jill en-suite, complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. On the ground floor you will find two sitting rooms, a dining room with a woodburning stove, a garden room and a kitchen/diner. Completing the interior is a utility/shower room. To the outside there is off-road parking as well garden with a seating area and a BBQ. The Groom's House is a superb base to explore Cornwall.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Walled rear garden with sitting area and BBQ area. Sorry, no smoking or pets. Pub within 2 miles, village shop within 1 mile, supermarket within 3 miles. Note: Delivery of groceries available from Tesco at Callington and Waitrose at Saltash. Note : Adults Only.

Callington is a market town within Cornwall which is overlooked by Kit Hill, donated to the people by Prince Charles to celebrate the birth of Prince William. The town set within the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that houses a selection of shops, inns and cafes, as well as being the home of Ginsters Cornish pasties.
