Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with ice box, washing machine, iron (iron board not included). TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car in the gravelled area. Multi-level courtyard garden with lawn and patio area and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.9 miles. Note: No footpath on the property side of the road, may not be suitable for elderly or children. Note: There are 4 steps leading up-to the front of the property from the road. Note: No handrails on external stairs. Note: Property on a main road, road noise will be heard around peak times of day. Note: Please ensure dogs are kept on the lead to under control when outside in the garden area
