A delightful mid-terrace, stone cottage based in Pendeen, Cornwall and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x twin (zip/link and can be converted to super king-size on request), and 1 x single. Bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen. Living/dining room with woodburning stove.

Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, and an open-plan living room and dining area with a woodburning stove. Outside has a front and rear patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Tinners Rest is an excellent cottage for those family breaks to Cornwall.

Electric and underfloor heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washer/dryer, hair dryer, TV and WiFi. Fuel, starter pack for wood burner, and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent but please bring own beach towels. Travel cot (please bring own bed linen) and highchair. Bottom stair gate can be provided. Off-road parking for two cars. Front and rear patio area with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.01 miles and pub 0.1 miles. Please note - check in time is 6pm and check out time is 9am
