Two bedrooms: 1 x second floor king-size and 1 x third floor king-size. Second floor bathroom with corner bath and shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. First floor sitting room with terrace. First floor sun room.
Boggledyke Cottage is a wonderful historic cottage on the outskirts of Todmorden, West Yorkshire. The property hosts two bedrooms; one second floor king-size and one third floor king-size, sleeping up to four guests and served by a family bathroom and cloakroom. The first floor houses a sitting room with a terrace, a sun room, whilst the ground floor boasts a kitchen/diner. Outside has a front patio area with furniture, communal gardens, and off-road parking. Boggledyke Cottage is an excellent choice for a rural-based holiday. Note: The staircase has no banister and low ceilings and care must be taken inside. Todmorden is a market town in the area of Calderdale, just under 5 miles from the popular destination of Hebden Bridge, in the middle of wonderful scenery provided by the three valleys which surround it, and which offer great opportunities for walking, cycling, riding and bird watching. Todmorden has a rich industrial history, and today offers a fine selection of cafes, shops and pubs. Just a few miles away, Hebden Bridge is a quirky town with a relaxed air, and further amenities. From here it is easy to head over the moors to Haworth where the splendid Parsonage Museum commemorates the famous Bronte family who lived there. The area is also a must for steam railway enthusiasts who will enjoy the thriving Worth Valley Railway. A charming blend of town and country living.
