Electric central heating with wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox. Smart TV, Wifi. Cot, high chair, stairgate. Patio area with fire pit, BBQ and seating. Garden at front with pond. Village shop and pub 1.2 miles. NOTE There is a pond in the garden so please be mindful with young children. If you run out of logs, you can purchase more from the log shed at the rear of the property where there is an honesty box in place.
