Overview
Beautifully refurbished barn on the the Llyn Peninsula. Wifi. Flatscreen TV & DVD. Woodburning stove. 7.7 miles to Caernarfon. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x small double, 1 x bunk room. Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and wash basin. Ground floor shower room with WC and wash basin. Kitchen with electric cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, dining table and chairs. Utility room with sink, washing machine and freezer. Sitting room with a flat screen TV and DVD player, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, second sitting room/games room with TV, pool table and sofa bed on request. Small lawned garden to the back accessed from the games room via patio doors. To the front and side, a large grassed and gravelled area, not enclosed. The property stands on its own and in a quiet location. Includes picnic and garden bench. Ample off road parking.

Set en route between Caernarfon and the gateway to the Llyn Peninsula. There are mnay walking trails locally and the Nantlle Valley is a short distance away. Dinas Dinalle beach and Aberdesach are a short drive away, with Caernarfon is about a fifteen minute drive away with the dlights of the Llyn, such as Abersoch and Aberdaron approx thirty minutes away.
