Overview
Traditional stone farmhouse with a wonderful garden and sweeping views over the open countryside, close to the wonderful nature reserve at Cemlyn, and around 4 miles from the village of Cemaes Bay. WiFi, Games room, Tv and DVD player. Local amenities a 15 Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 2 x twin. Downstairs shower room with corner shower, WC and handwash basin. Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and handwash basin. Kitchen/diner with electric range oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, table for six. Utility room with washing machine and freezer. Two sitting rooms: one with seating, a wood burning stove, TV with DVD player and a selection of games, second sitting room also has comfortable seating and a TV. Games room with 3/4 size snooker table, magnetic dart board. Garden is enclosed, trampoline and swing, patio area with garden furniture, ample parking for several cars and a large secure storage area for bikes etc.
