Fabulous Barn Conversion near Lligwy Beach. Ten minute drive to Moelfre for food and village shop. Supermarket approx 5 miles away at Amlwch or 15 to Bangor. Beach five minute walk away., or Lligwy five minute drive away. WIFI. Smart TV, wood burning stov Three bedrooms: 1 x super king, 1 x king, 1 x twin. Groundfloor wetroom with shower, WC and handwash basin. 2 x ensuites with Bath and shower over, WC and handwash basin. Kitchen area is well-equipped with a range oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, dining table and chairs. Utility with Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, etc. 2 x sitting rooms: 1. with sofas and chairs, wood burning stove, SMART TV, Blu Ray DVD player, Bose Speaker, maps, games and books. 2. Sunroom with seating and doors opening on to the patio area. Large garden and patio area with garden furniture and barbecue, ample parking, outside shower.

Situated on the beautiful east coast of Anglesey, Moelfre is a delightful seaside village, boasting little cottages, a picturesque port, a beach, fine views of Snowdonia, a working lifeboat, and two quality pubs/restaurants. Visit the hugely popular local Seawatch Centre, enjoy fishing or watching sea birds, seals and even dolphins, or discover wonderful cliff-top walks with stunning mountain views. The village has many historic links, the most recent being the site of the tragic Royal Charter shipwreck in 1859. There are stunning sandy beaches nearby, at Benllech and Lligwy, and the lovely Red Wharf Bay, with its miles of open sands and birdlife. A perfect location for travelling around this lovely island and throughout beautiful Snowdonia.
