A cosy former barn in a quiet location. Footpath to the beach. Pwllheli Marina 1 mile away. 20 minute drive to Llanbedrog, Abersoch and Criccieth. Amenities 5 minute drive. Woodburning stove, WIFI, TV. Two bedrooms: 1 x king size, 1 x twin. Bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and basin. Open plan kitchen, seating, dining area and wood burning stove.

Underfloor heating with wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, dishwasher. TV, Wifi. One dog welcome. Slate paved coutyard with table and chairs. Pubs, shops and restaurants 2 miles. NOTE Spiral staircase. NOTE No washing machine at this house.

Small village set on the River Erch, just outside Pwllheli. it has a lovely sheltered sandy beach just a short walk away from the village. Fabulous views along the copast with some nice walks. A short drive to the Marina town of Pwllheli with its shops and cafes and further along to Abersoch and Aberdaron.
