Overview
A high quality barn conversion with countryside and sea views over Dulas bay. Wonderful walks from the door, 10 minutes to Moelfre and Benllech. Wifi, garden, wood burning stove. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with a bath with shower over, loo, hand basin and heated towel rail. Groundfloor shower room with loo. Open plan kitchen with dining area, Sitting room with logburner.

Wood-burning stove, electric oven and hob, Fridge with ice box compartment, microwave, Steriliser & bottle warmer available on request, Dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV with Free-sat, Blue Ray DVD Player, Bicycle Storage, Wi-Fi - Reasonable usage applies, High chair, Travel Cot (no linen), Bed linen and towels provided, 1 well behaved dog is welcome. Welcome Pack of local produce (for full week lets only). Kitchen cleaning products, Fire Lighters, Bin Bags & Dishwasher tablets all provided. Off road parking, Nearest pub/shop 1 mile. Note: Initial supply of kindling and logs, further supplies available locally. Note: Wi-Fi - this is Satellite based and so is subject to usage cap and abnormal weather interruptions which are frequent. Note: If bringing a dog care must be taken and dog kept on the lead the garden backs on to farmland with livestock.

Small hamlet near Lligwy Beach on the East Coast of Anglesey. Meander along the coastal path and soak up the views of the bay and Dulas Island. Lligwy Beach is dog friendly all year round, with the bustling little cafe on the beach. Llaneilian beach and Cemaes are a short drive away as is Moelfre and old fishing village. Sample the home made meals at the local cafes or pub after a walk along the coastal path.
