Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. 1 x bathroom with shower, loo and wash hand basin. Kitchen-diner with electric cooker/hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Dining room with table and chairs. Sitting room with views to the marina and the sea there is comfortable seating, electric fire, TV, DVD, CD Player and a small sideboard with desk and chair. Use of a washing machine located in the basement of the main house. Private garden, balcony, off road parking.
