Three bedrooms: 2 x double, 1 x twin. 1 x snug room with double pull out sofa bed (available on request). 1 x ground floor shower room with large cubicle, hand basin and loo. 1 x bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and loo. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, separate fridge and electric Range cooker. Washing machine can be found in the utility area off the kitchen. Sitting room with electric fire, TV and DVD Player.
