Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x single with additional pull out bed ( both 2'6" beds). Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Dining room. Sitting room with electric fire.
Sailors Lodge rests on the ground floor of a Victorian terraced building within the coastal resort of Filey in North Yorkshire. Its two bedrooms include a double and a single with an extra single pull-out, along with a family shower room, the property can sleep four people. Its interior also includes a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a gas fire. To the outside, roadside parking lies opposite, while a yard lies to the front and rear with furniture. Sailors Lodge is a contemporary base for an escape to the Yorkshire coast. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, small selection of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Small rear, enclosed courtyard with furniture and BBQ. Road side parking opposite (no restrictions, 1st come 1st served basis). One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub and shops 5 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: The second bedroom is very small and suitable for children. Note: Step down into dining room.
