This charming barn conversion is located on the outskirts of Wirksworth in Derbyshire and can sleep 13 people in six bedrooms. Six bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x double, 2 x twin, 1 x ground floor king-size double, 1 x ground floor single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Ground floor bathroom with walk in shower over, basin and WC, ground floor cloakroom. Kitchen/diner. Utility. Sitting room with woodburning stove. Games room in external building with pool table, darts board and table football.
The Barn is a lovely conversion bursting with character, nestled on a working dairy farm on the fringes of Wirksworth. It comprises six bedrooms; a king-size double, a double, two twins, a ground floor king-size double and a ground floor single, sleeping up to 13 guests. There are also two bathrooms, a ground floor bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside is off-road parking for five cars and an enclosed garden at the rear with patio furniture and a games room. The Barn welcomes you to share a rejuvenating break, with the whole of the Peak District waiting to be discovered.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove and underfloor heating downstairs. Gas oven and hob, Rayburn range cooker, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed garden with patio furniture, BBQ and games room. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and x 2 pubs 0.7 miles. Note: The garden is enclosed, however the property is on a working farm, therefore children are to be supervised. Note: Farm Tours by arrangement and Breakfast/Meat Packs available to be placed in the cottage on arrival if requested (i.e put in the fridge).

This small market town is situated just a few miles from Matlock, on the edge of The Peak District. Wirksworth boasts independent shops alongside the deli, butchers and bakers, as well as the Puzzle Gardens, the Heritage Centre and the surrounding countryside, including nearby Carsington Water, Black Rocks and the High Peak Trail. Only two miles away, the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site in Cromford is also not to be missed.
