It houses two bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double and a twin, together sleeping up to four people, both serviced by a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting room with woodburning stove, a dining room and a kitchen. To the outside, you will find off-road parking for two cars and a rear patio with furniture. Bwthyn Pennant is a delightful base for exploring this part of North Wales with your loved ones. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Rear patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome (downstairs only and not in bedrooms, please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 6.8 miles, pub 5.5 miles. Note: Due to the location of the property there is no mobile signal, however the internet network will support WiFi calling. Note: Home deliveries are available with Tesco. Note: Private water supply which is tested annually. Note: There are 2 internal steps down to kitchen. Note: Arrival is 4pm. Note: Property can be booked with Ref 1007874 and 1007868, together they can sleep 10 guests.

Porthmadog is a bustling town situated on the Glaslyn Estuary, in North Wales. Within the bustling town you will find a range of shops and restaurants, as well as the Ffestiniog Railway which takes you through to Snowdonia to Blaenau Ffestiniog. Within close reach is the village of Borth Y Gest, the Italianate village of Portmeirion, the historic towns of Criccieth and Harlech and a number of beaches such as Black Rock Sands.
