Washer, dryer, Italian coffee maker, stove, grill, oven, fryer, microwave, 4 x fridge, dishwasher, Smart TV with Sky sports and Movies package, Bosse sound system feeding into all public rooms excluding bedrooms and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. High chair, iron and hairdryer available. Off-road parking for 10 cars. Decked area with chairs, tables and barbecue, fire pit, hot tub, surf racks and heated surf shower. Three well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop and pub within 0.9 miles. Beach 400 metre's walk. Note: Dining packages are available at additional cost which include seafood BBQ's, fully catered sit down meals and ready meals to heat up, please contact the owner's for more information. Note: The balcony from the bedroom will be enclosed by the time of the stay. Note: Housekeeping available at additional cost. Note: The owner's live discreetly and separately at the rear of the car park. Note: Thursday changeover day for 7 night bookings in August and October half term 2019 and July and August 2020.
