Ample off-road parking available. Bike and small boat storage available. Shared 5-acres of ground with owners, with lakeside decking area within short walking distance, furniture and gas barbecue. Additional private patio area with furniture, gas barbecue and chiminea. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, restaurant and bus stop 5 minutes walk. Private lake access for launching a boat or dinghy. Fishing available on site, own license required. Cot and high chair available on request. Note: Infants and babes in arms only.

The small village of Troutbeck Bridge lies between the towns of Windermere and Ambleside in the Lake District. It has a popular local pub, serving real ales and fine food, while Windermere boasts a selection of lakeside activities and Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains are all within easy reach. Ideally situated for exploring all the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty has to offer, with easy access into the neighbouring towns and villages for plenty of sites and amenities.
