Oil-fired central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, TV, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. 1 well behaved pet welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: Parking is easier to access out of salon trading hours, however there is also unrestricted roadside parking. Note: There is some restricted head height and low beam when entering the bathroom, please mind your head. Note: Due to the size of the property it is only suitable for one small dog. Note: The dog is not allowed in the bedroom of the property
