Thornton-le-Dale is a quaint village resting just three miles away from Pickering and is found within the North York Moors National Park and the Dalby Forest. The village comes with a good selection of amenities, including a shop and a pub, offering a great base for exploring the coast and countryside of Yorkshire. Scarborough and Whitby are both a scenic drive away, and the neighbouring market towns of Pickering, Malton, Kirbymoorside and Helmsley are great destination.
