This annex to the owner's home is located near the West Sussex village of Barnham and can sleep two people in one bedroom. 1 x king-size. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Living/dining room with 2 x sofa beds: single and a double; plus a cot and stair gate is readily available.
The Annex is a lovely holiday let adjoining the owner's home, tuked away on the outskirts of Chichester, in West Sussex. It comprises one double room and a ground floor bathroom, sleeping two guests. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with two sofa beds, sleeping two additional guests if you wish. To the exterior is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden at the rear. The Annex promises a refreshing break near the coast, with beautiful walking country, galleries, museums and a bustling harbour all within easy reach. With many quaint, seaside and market towns, historic sites and miles of glorious coastline to explore, Sussex has it all for a great holiday destination.

This semi-rural village lies to the east of Chichester and some 5 miles north of the Bognor Regis coastline. It boasts an interesting a Norman church along with a few local shops and a pub. The city of Chichester has a 12th century cathedral, guided walking tours taking you around the city walls, art galleries, museums, Victorian tea rooms and so much more. Head to the coastal resorts of East and West Wittering and Bracklesham Bay, where you can indulge all manner of family fun, long country walks and birdwatching.
