Off-road parking for 1 car. Balcony with seating and sea views. Strictly no pets and no smoking. Shop within 0.5 miles and pub within 0.3 miles. Please note: Although the property is majority ground-floor, the apartment is entered via a some steps and there are a few more steps throughout the property.
