This smart cottage in the grounds of an elegant Victorian villa with an outdoor swimming pool, rests within the popular seaside resort of Torquay and sleeps up to four people, in two bedrooms. Three bedrooms; 1 x King with an en-suite, with walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin with an en-suite, with walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x single (with optional truckle bed for an extra child). Ground floor shower room, basin and WC. Kitchen. Dining room. Sitting room.
The Link is a Victorian villa resting within the seaside of Torquay. It comes with three elegant bedrooms, comprising of a King bedroom with an en-suite, a twin bedroom with an en-suite and a single bedroom, sleeping up to five people. Additional rooms comprise of a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a ground floor shower room. Outside, you will find a designated car parking space, a private courtyard with a BBQ and use of shared swimming pool and furniture. The Link is an attractive base for exploring this corner of Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Torquay is a popular seaside town situated within South Devon. Within the town you will find sandy beaches, piers, palm trees and a magnitude of attractions. Here, you will find attractions for the whole family to enjoy, from coastal walks, restaurants and nightlife, as well as three shopping centres, pubs and fish & chip shops.
