Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed garden area with seating. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5.2 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Due to the layout of this property, the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the building accessible via 2 sets of stairs. Note: There is also a door from one bedroom across a courtyard to another door, which leads to the second bedroom and may not be suitable for toddlers. Note: There are 3 steps up into the bathroom on the ground floor.

The seaside resort of Minehead occupies a sheltered spot beneath the North Hill, on the West Somerset Coast. The harbour is visited in the summer by the famous paddle steamer Waverley and offers excellent fishing opportunities. Renowned for the largest herd of red deer in England, Exmoor National Park is well worth a visit, whilst the Norman Castle at nearby Dunster is also a must.
