This beautiful barn conversion is located on the outskirts of Launceston and can sleep three people in two bedrooms. Over two floors. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor children's bunks with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Swallows Nest is a wonderfully converted barn positioned some 10 miles from Launceston, in the hamlet of Canworthy Water. It boasts two bedrooms; a double with en-suite shower room and a ground floor children's bunks with en-suite bathroom, sleeping four people altogether. There is also an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, while outside is off-road parking for two cars, an enclosed garden with furniture and a BBQ, as well as an enclosed children's play area. Swallows Nest offers just the holiday you deserve.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. CD player/radio, TV, DVD player, WiFi, selection of DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio furniture and BBQ, shared garden with enclosed children's play area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 6.3 miles, pub 5.1 miles. Note: There are stone steps leading down to the garden, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Weekly bookings are to be taken Friday to Friday only.

Launceston is situated on the Devon and Cornwall border, and is dominated by the ruins of a Norman castle sitting high above the town. Visit the Tamar Otter Park, just 3 miles away, or take a trip on the steam train through the Kensey Valley. You are also within easy reach of Bude and Padstow to the north, with Plymouth to the south and many fun-filled attractions littering this superb region.
