Oil fired central heating with feature fireplace and feature electric log burner. Electric oven and hobs, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, games, radios, TV with DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power is included in the rent. Fresh bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Secure external gravel garden with an outdoor seating area. Two pets are allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Pub within 10 minute walk, shops 4.1 miles.
