Prospect House is a delightful stone cottage situated in Thoralby, North Yorkshire. Set over three floors, it has four bedrooms: one first floor double with en-suite shower room, two second floor double and second floor bunk bed, served by a family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area, while the first floor houses the sitting room. There is also a ground floor games room. Outside has a front lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for 3 cars. Prospect House is the ultimate choice for families looking to explore the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Oil central heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Front lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Two travel cots (located under bunk beds). A highchair is always at the property and does not need to be requested. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. No stag/hen parties or groups of teenagers. Note - This property has two sets of stairs without stair gates - the property may not be suitable for toddlers.
