"We stayed last week with our family and two other couples and their children. We had an amazing time here, everything is walkable and the house itself is nicely equipped with a new Smeg range cooker and the beds were really comfortable with all the bedding duck down and Egyptian cotton. the kids had their own lounge and we were all able to eat together in the lovely dining room with a bay window. We were even able to bring our labrador which saved us a small fortune on kennels. This is the first time we've done this kind of holiday but it was a great week in a great house and we'll definitely be back!"

"We were US visitors to Westholme Lodge, Minehead, Somerset, for seven days during the month of July 2019. We found our accommodation of an excellent standard both inside and out! The seven bedroomed home was bright, spacious and recently decorated throughout to a very high standard. Our bedrooms were large and comfortable with added convenience of en-suite bathrooms. The large kitchen/diner had ample space to accommodate our needs when cooking for our family of ten on those occasions when we did not dine out in the surrounding area. We had full use of an outside deck and dining area and were able to enjoy the best of Minehead summer weather. The garden was pretty and well maintained and there was space on one side with parking for three cars. As tourists we were pleased to find the local pubs, restaurants and shops were only a short walk from the house and the beach a mere fifteen minutes by foot. During our stay we explored a range of interesting sites including old historic Minehead, beautiful, breathtaking Exmoor National Park, ancient Dunster castle, the National Trust's Coleridge cottage and a number of picturesque villages. We recommend Westholme Lodge without reservation. A wonderful time was had by all!!"

"We had an amazing week in Minehead. The house was absolutely perfect. It accommodated our group of 10 with eases well as the visitors who popped in. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and at no stage did we feel squashed. Since our group ranged in age from 13 to 80 years old, this was great. The house has everything you might need especially the kitchen where we were regularly cooking big meals. The house is well heated, with a lovely log burner too. The beds had lovely warm duvets, so for a chilly winter break we were very comfortable. The house is ideally located in Minehead to be able to walk to the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants as well as explore the area. While we were there in winter but the outside space was lovely and looked ideal for summer visits with a large private garden, deck for eating outside and a great BBQ area. We would recommend this house to all large groups. The Jenvey Family (Cape Town, South Africa)"
