Overbay is a lovely semi-detached 1920s cottage set in the heart of Paignton, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms; two king-sizes and one twin, sleeping a total of six guests with a family bathroom and cloakroom. Completing the interior is a fitted kitchen, utility, dining area and sitting room. Outside has a large lawned garden and patio area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Overbay is a wonderful choice for a seaside retreat to the coast of Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Travel cot, highchair and stairgates available. Off-road parking for two cars. Large garden and patio area with furniture, sunken barbecue, outdoor heated swimming pool and pool bar. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Smoking only permitted outside. Sainsbury's Local 0.5 miles, Pub and Takeaway's 0.4 miles. Paignton Beach 0.9 miles. Please note: There is a pond in the front garden, so children must be supervised at all times. Please note: No glassware to be used around the pool area, plastic glasses provided. Please note: The swimming pool is available for use from 1st May to 30th September
