Electric central heating. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. 2 x TV's, WiFi, DVD player with big library of DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen, bathrobes and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed patio at the front, patio with furniture, hot tub. Two well-behaved pets welcome and catered for. Welcome pack on arrival. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: Property accepts babes-in-arms and children over the age of 5 only, due to the steep spiral staircase. Note: Three private lakes on-site with coarse fishing for guests. Note: Owner lives on site and is available for any queries. Note: Laundry can be arranged with the owner. This season a laundry room will be installed for the holiday units to use.

Pyworthy rests within a rural area, close to the Cornish border in the North of Devon, just 8 miles from the sandy beaches of Bude. The area plays host to a vast array of opportunities including wildlife spotting, birdwatching and fishing. The close by resort of Bude plays host to pubs, restaurants, shops and superb golf links, as well as walks including the Coast and Canal trail.
