Sea Pinks is a mid-terrace cottage, close to both the beach and the centre of the town of Selsey, in West Sussex. The property sleeps six people in three bedrooms, one king-size double, one double and one twin. There is also a family bathroom, a kitchen with breakfast area and a sitting room with a dining area and woodburner. Outside you have off road parking and an enclosed, lawned garden with patio and furniture. From your doorstep, you don't have to go far to enjoy days on the beach, visit historic towns, cycle, walk or birdwatch, not to mention play golf, sail and sample the local pubs and restaurants. So no matter what makes your perfect break away, Sea Pinks is the perfect coastal cottage for a break with family or friends. With many quaint, seaside and market towns, historic sites and miles of glorious coastline to explore, Sussex has it all for a great holiday destination.

Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview and Chromecast, DVD player, a selection of books, games and DVDs and WIFi. Fuel, power inc. in rent. Starter pack for log burner only available during winter months. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 car on green at front of property. Front enclosed lawned garden, rear enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub and beach 3 mins walk. Note: Due to the property being a period cottage, some doorways are low and floors uneven. Note: The stairs are steep. Note: Access to the cottage is by stepping over a low, front tide wall. Note: This cottage is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Children over five only. Please note: Check in is from 4pm. Note: Max occupancy is 4.

Once an island (Selsey means 'Seal Island'), the town stands at the tip of the Manhood Peninsula and Selsey Bill is the southernmost tip of West Sussex. The beach at Selsey is one of the best in Sussex and makes for a perfect family day out. Whether sailing, swimming, beachcombing or just paddling in the sea, this lovely coastline can be enjoyed all year round.
