Oil central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, DVD player, a selection of books, games and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking and lockable shed for cycles etc. Extensive gardens and patio area with furniture and pizza oven. Pets are welcome, in the main living area only (not in the bedrooms). Sorry, no smoking. Shops 1.1 miles and pub 0.3 miles. Note: Though the property allows pets, the owners ask you to be aware that the neighbours own chickens which roam free, so care must be taken. Note: Please be aware that the outside paths, parking area and garden are uneven and could present a trip hazard in places and the gardens contain a water feature with varying depths during the seasons. Also please note that there are a number of steps in the property between areas

Honiton is a market town and civil parish resting in East Devon, England, close to the River Otter. It offers a large number of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets for all of your amenities. With the East Devon AONB within close proximity, you can explore the countryside through long walks or by cycling.
