Battel Hall is a 14th century medieval hall house, located outside of Leeds in Kent on the Leeds Castle Estate. Hosting five bedrooms, including a super-king-size, three king-size and a double, all with their own en-suite bathrooms, this property can sleep up to ten guests. The ground floor holds a kitchen, a utility room, a dining room, a drawing room with an open-fire, and a sitting room with an open-fire. Outside there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed private garden with patio and seating. Battel Hall is a magnificent and grand property and would make a perfect host for a celebration. Kent is affectionately known as the Garden of England. Its history and heritage provide the region with a rich array of sightseeing possibilities, while the stunning choice of Blue Flag beaches offer the chance to enjoy the beautiful coastline.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed private garden and patio with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop within 2.2 miles, pub within 0.9 miles. Note: Two of the bedrooms have zip/link beds which can be made into twin rooms on request. Note: Private chef available to hire at prior arrangement

Hollingbourne is a village in the county of Kent, sitting within the Maidstone borough. Resting on the southern slope of the North Downs AONB, it is in a fabulous position for exploring the wonderful landscapes and scenery, and even within reach of the south-east English coast.
