Family bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Utility/Boot Room. Ground floor kitchen/diner. First floor sitting room.

Set over four floors, with four bedrooms: one second floor super king-size with basin, one second floor king-size, one second floor twin and one third floor king-size, with a second floor bathroom and first floor shower room. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen and dining area, with a first floor sitting room. Outside has a patio and decking area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for two cars. The Windmill is a delightful retreat for large families.
