This barn conversion rests close to the town of Carmarthen and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. wifi All ground-floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with access to Jack-and-Jill shower room, 1 x double and 1 x twin (both with access to Jack-and-Jill bathroom). Jack-and-Jill shower room with shower, basin and WC. Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner with breakfast bar. Sitting room.
The Coach House is a characterful barn conversion located near Carmarthen. All ground-floor, it plays host to three bedrooms; a king-size double with access to a Jack-and-Jill shower room, and a double and a twin (both with access to Jack-and-Jill bathroom), sleeping six people altogether. There is also a kitchen/diner with a breakfast bar and a sitting room, while to the outside is ample off-road parking and an enclosed garden. The Coach House offers a lovely escape to the countryside and south coast of Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil central heating. Electric range cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. TV, selection of books and games. Wifi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Ample off-road parking. Please note the patio area is to the front of the property. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 3.7 miles. A shared communal garden is located adjacent to the property and is available to all guests staying on site.

Carmarthen overlooks the banks of the River Tywi and boasts the ruins of a Norman castle, the site of a Roman amphitheatre, a museum containing Roman relics and a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. There is walking, cycling, birdwatching, fishing and golf available, as well as many country parks and day trips to the sandy beaches of Carmarthen Bay.
