Off-road parking. Decked area with table and chairs and a lawn area. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Bar/restaurant 2 mins walk, small shop 1 min walk (open in summer months), main shops in Youghal 4.5 miles, beach 2 mins walk.

Youghal is a seaside resort County Cork, resting on the estuary where the River Blackwater meets the sea. Perched across the water from the popular County Waterford, makes this town ideal for exploring both counties. It hosues a wealth of shops, pubs and shop to suit all, as well as a stretch of sandy beach where you can take a leisurely boat cruise alone the Blackwater River.

"We spent a fabulous week in this lovely beach house. The location was amazing, right on the beach with beautiful views, we ate every meal we could sitting outside enjoying the view & listening to the sea. It was perfect for our young kids we could walk down to the beach several times a day & they could swim very safely on the blue flag beach with Lifeguard on duty. The communication with the owner was great from the outset. It was also handy to have the smart TV for nighttime to watch a movie/Netflix . The house was nicely equipped with everything a large family or group would need. Overall we had a wonderful week and would definitely return to the property again."

"I stayed in clonard beachhouse in august with my family words cannot describe how amazing this place was I have an 11 year old son who is autistic and finding a place to go on holidays is always so hard but this house was an home away from home we absolutely loved it and my son didnt want to leave it is so secure I never had to worry about his safety the house itself is so homely you will never want to leave the view from the the house is just breathtaking you have everything you need on your doorstep you honestly will never find a more perfect holiday home"
"We stayed at the beautiful Clonard Beach house in July. This house has everything anyone could ask for. Attention to detail throughout the house by the owner has really created such a relaxed homely holiday feel. Each room is tastefully decorated and the modern kitchen is equipped with literally everything!! The welcome pack on arrival has more than enough to get your holiday supplies kick started! About 150 yds from the house, is the beach, there is little stoney stretch but when the tide is out and the sun is shinning, it is perfect! Youghal is a just a short drive away with some great restaurants and bars. The Quality Hotel directly across from the house is lovely for food, or handy for a take away pizza night in! We would definitely like to return to Clonard Beach House in the future! "
"Just home from a brilliant week in this house. The house is a step above anywhere we have rented before. A lovely welcome from the owners on arrival with fresh bread, butter and milk in the fridge. Ideally located for us and our 3 little ones to lots of quality local attractions not to mention been able to go bare foot to the beach 40m away. We hope to come back again soon."
"Myself and my husband recently staying in thos wonderful home on the seafront by the quality hotel in youghal. We were so impressed with this house, from the decor, to the location it did not disappoint at all. The house is located a short taxi ride from the town of youghal but if you want just a relaxing stay by the water, this is the perfect house. Quiet, calm and serene are words that come to mind when describing this beautiful home. The hotel is just across the road so if you want a pint or some live music without leaving the area, then this is ideal. Perfect cooking facilities and the decking out the front of the house really iced the cake for us. We went into youghal for a night which was great fun but would have been equally as happy to stay in for the evening in the comfort of this house. I have no criticisms only that two night was too short for us and we could have stayed a lot longer."
