Fresh bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Off road parking. Private courtyard area with a storage shed and BBQ, a patio area with outdoor seating, and a large lawned area. Sorry, no pets are allowed and no smoking. Pub 3.8 miles, Shops 5.2 miles. Note: Children over 12 years only.

"We've stayed in many rental properties in the UK and abroad.This has been one of the best. It's in a quiet location along winding narrow lanes with stunning views across farmland towards Otley. The house is tastefully furnished & decorated to the highest standard. Sue really has an eye for interior design! The kitchen is very well equipped and nothing has been overlooked. Plenty of pans, baking trays, kitchen knives etc. We had everything we could possibly need. The cake left out for our arrival was very welcome and a lovely start to our holiday. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay. "
"My husband and I stayed in this stunning cottage for four and a half weeks in July/August whilst work was being done on our house. Absolutely EVERYTHING was perfect - especially Sue's homemade cake on arrival! Middle Mistral has been furnished to high quality throughout and is spotlessly clean. The airy sitting room has wonderful views of the fields beyond, really comfortable sofa's, TV/DVD (incl Netflix and Catch Up), WiFi (the picture does not do this room justice!). The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, we easily cooked a full roast dinner on many occasions during our time there. The bedrooms have the same wonderful countryside views and the beds have most comfortable mattresses we have ever come across. The bathrooms have high quality fittings and the water pressure in the showers is fantastic - such a change from the dribble you usually get! Last year we stayed at a cottage about a mile away from this one and it was filthy and much more expensive. Thank you John and Sue for allowing us to make Middle Mistral our home for so long, you have a beautiful property which we can highly recommend."
