Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine. TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring your own beach towels. Ample off-road parking. Lawned garden and decking area with furniture, hot tub and barbecue. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.8 miles and pub 10 minute walk across field.
