Fortuneswell is set on Dorset's Jurassic Coast, on the rugged Isle of Portland peninsula. It is joined to the mainland by the Chesil Beach which stretches 18 miles towards West Bay. It houses a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and a steep hill which offers views of the Jurassic Coast and the rolling hills of Dorset beyond. Within the surrounding area you will find superb bird-watching, watersport activities and Weymouth is just 5 miles away.
