Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Enclosed patio area with seating. Shared lawn area with heated swimming pool. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub and shop within a 5-minute walk. Note: Sundeck and heated swimming pool are available from middle of May to the middle of September. Note: There are 5 shallow steps down to the entrance of the property.

Marldon is a small village situated within South Hams in Devon. Here, you will find a Post Office with a general shop and a pub which serves food. For days out, you can explore Babbacombe Model Village, River Dart Country Park and Woodlands Leisure Park. Also close by is the larger town of Torquay which plays host to a colourful marina, theatre entertainment, shops and restaurants.
