Night storage heaters with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave. DVD player, TV with Free-view and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Cot, highchair, stair-gate and baby bath available. Off-road parking for one car. Shared garden with sundeck and heated swimming pool. Two well behaved pets welcome. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the communal garden. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5-minute walk. Note: Sundeck and heated swimming pool are available from middle of May to the middle of September.

Situated within Devon, close to the coast is the idyllic village of Marldon. Within this small, yet well-appointed area you will find a local pub, serving food and a Post Office with a general shop. For days out, you can drive out to the seaside town of Paignton, where you will find a sandy beach with a charming pier. Further afield, is the town of Torquay, which plays host to a number of amenities and attractions.

"I cannot recommend these holiday cottages enough. Marldon is close to everything yet benefits from a quiet and rural location. Cottage was clean - bed linen smelt divine and had everything you could wish for. Helpful owners who were always on hand and very friendly. Only downside is not enough parking - my car had to go outside in the lane a couple of nights, which isn't ideal.. Maybe with better planning it would be fine. Such a beautiful part of the country and I will definitely be returning."
