Overview
A detached beach house, resting near the village of Filey. Inside, you will find two bedrooms and can sleep up to four people. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with TV and en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin with Jack-and-Jill access to shower room. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.
Sea-Renity is a detached beach house resting within the village of Filey. Inside, you will find two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom with a Jack-and-Jill shower room. Additional rooms include an elegantly-dressed open-plan living room with a sitting area, dining area and a kitchen area. Outside, you will find off-road parking and a charming patio area with furniture. Sea-Renity is a quaint base for a family getaway. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Facilities & Amenities
Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Private decked front patio with furniture. Communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room is included in the rental price. The gym and additional facilities and activities are available at additional cost, payable on site. Bike rack available, please bring your own lock. BBQ available, please provide your own charcoal. Note: Between the dates of 4th November to 16th December the leisure centre will be under renovation with no access to the pool, sauna and steam room. The gymnasium will still be accessible. However, there will be access to the Flower of May campsite swimming pool Monday to Friday. Access is complimentary with the Bay leisure pass.
