Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stair-gate available. Parking in public car park with car permit included or on-street parking on Mount Pleasant. Balcony with seating overlooking beck. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop, pub and beach 2 mins walk. Note: There are steep winding cottage stairs and restricted headroom in the twin bedroom as it is a period property please take care with overhead beams and low doorways. Note: Suitable for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Note: Unlimited parking with permit but no space guaranteed.
