Terrace Cottage is an end-terrace flat located on the fringes of Stanhope, in the village of Rookhope. All ground-floor, it has two bedrooms; a double with en-suite shower room, a twin with en-suite bathroom, a kitchen and a living/dining room with a woodburning stove. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, a shed for firewood and secure bike storage, plus a small seating area. Terrace Cottage offers the ideal escape to County Durham, with plenty of opportunities to be outdoors. Power inc. in rent. Wood/coal for the multi-fuel stove is available at cost price. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Outside shed for firewood/coal, BBQ and secure bike storage. Small outdoor seating area. One well-behaved dog welcome (more by prior arrangement). Sorry, no smoking.
