APARTMENT 36Â (3rd Floor)
ENTRANCE Two flights of stairs or good-sized lift lead up to the apartment door followed by a short flight of stairs which open out into the hallway. A small UTILITY ROOM houses a washer/dryer.
KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A delightful open-plan room with panoramic river views. Stunning, state-of-the-art kitchen with Poggenpohl units, integrated Smeg appliances including 4-ring gas range and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and stone worktops. A stylishly elegant lounge has two large double sofas, coffee table, two armchairs and flatscreen television. The dining area has a square glass dining table and two chairs.
BEDROOMÂ The master suite has a King size bed, bedside units, built-in wardrobes and dressing table. A travel cot and highchair are available for use on request.Â
BATHROOMS A beautiful bathroom has a Kadelwei bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and light.
WIFIÂ Wireless broadband internet is available.
DART MARINA SPA MEMBERSHIP : 6 Month Pass starting from 31st March 2017 to 30th September 2017. Guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxation areas. Please check directly with the Spa for opening times and for restrictions on when children can use the pool. Beauty treatments from Elemis are available, which should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment, with 10% off for those staying.
