APARTMENT 35, DART MARINA (2ND FLOOR)
A delightful and extremely spacious second floor apartment with breathtaking views stretching far up river.
ENTRANCEÂ Two flights of stairs or a good sized lift lead up to the apartment entrance which opens into a spacious, tastefully decorated hallway with console table and lamp, chair and large cloaks cupboard. A separate utility cupboard off the hallway houses a washer/dryer.Â
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A stylishly and very well presented lounge with sliding bi-fold glass windows which fold back to create a superb internal balcony with wonderful elevated views up and down the river and across to Kingswear. It boasts two very large handmade ‘Quba’ sofas, large 'Quba' bean bag, contemporary stone fireplace with decorative fire, side table, oversized anglepoise lamp, widescreen television with Sky (including Sky Sports, BT Sports) and DVD/video player. An integrated CD/radio music system (also iPod compatible) is available in all rooms (except bedroom 3). A bespoke round glass dining table with matching clear Philippe Stark chairs seats six guests comfortably.
KITCHENÂ Stunning, state-of-the art kitchen, with Poggenpohl units, integrated Smeg appliances including magnificent 5-ring gas range and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso Magimix coffee machine, Kitchen Aid and Dualit appliances, and stone worktops.Â
BEDROOMS Three in total, all with uninterrupted views of the Britannia Royal Naval College boat yard and up the river towards Noss and Dittisham. The master suite is decorated in a New England style with handmade ‘Quba’ King size bed, bedside tables, built-in wardrobes, full length mirror, dressing table, TV (with integrated DVD player) and easy chair placed in the bay window to enjoy the afternoon sun. The beautiful, fully-tiled en-suite has a spacious shower cubicle with dual function shower system, wash-hand basin, underfloor heating, heated towel rail and shaver point. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside units, built-in wardrobes, dressing table, TV with integrated DVD player and one chair. The third bedroom has the option of either two single beds or a ‘zip and link’ super-King size bed (please confirm your requirements at time of booking), bedside tables, built-in wardrobes, dressing table and TV (with integrated DVD player) and one chair.
BATHROOMSÂ In addition to the en-suite (above) is a luxury family bathroom with Kaldewei bath, integrated shower (over), wash-hand basin, underfloor heating, heated towel rail and shaver point. Each of the bathrooms is beautifully presented with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.Â
PARKINGÂ Two allocated parking spaces.
WIFIÂ Wireless broadband (BT Infinity) internet is available free of charge.
DART MARINA SPA MEMBERSHIPÂ Guests can enjoy complimentary use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxation areas. Please check directly with the Spa for opening times and for restrictions on when children can use the pool. Beauty treatments from Elemis are available, which should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment, with 10% off for those staying in our Dart Marina properties.
