APARTMENT 3 (Ground Floor)
ACCOMMODATIONÂ A luxury ground floor apartment with lovely views over picturesque Warfleet Creek. Perfect for a family or one/two couples, the property provides well equipped contemporary holiday accommodation with original features in a beautiful location and allocated parking for one car.
ENTRANCE/HALLWAYÂ Entrance from the car park to the ground floor communal area with three steps up to the front door of the apartment. This leads into the hallway of the apartment with access to all rooms. There are three steps leading down to the kitchen, second bedroom and main bathroom. Â A cupboard is located in the hallway providing additional hanging space for clothes and there is also a full-length mirror, a coat rack and an umbrella stand. A small utility cupboard houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board.Â
KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM A large, light and airy living area with oak flooring, original stone and other features, and two large picture windows to take in the view across to Warfleet Creek. There is also a feature porthole window. The kitchen area is very well equipped with granite work surfaces, five ring halogen hob, electric oven (including microwave), dishwasher, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer. Contemporary wooden dining table and five leather dining chairs. The sitting area has two good sized leather sofas, footstool, rug, wooden chest, coffee tables, television, DVD player, and DAB/FM digital radio with Bluetooth. A selection of books and games and also binoculars (to enjoy the view of passing boats) are provided.
BEDROOMS Two in total. Master bedroom with king size bed, large built-in wardrobe with ample hanging space, a dressing table/chest of drawers, chair, bedside tables, overhead cupboards and plantation shutters. The spacious en suite shower room has a large shower cubicle, wash hand basin, w.c., shaver point and mirrored storage cabinets. Bedroom two has a double bed with overhead cupboards, bedside tables, a roomy chest of drawers, a mirror, a pull-out hanging rack, feature porthole window and plantation shutters. N.B All duvets, pillows, bed linen and hand/bath towels are provided.Â
BATHROOMSÂ In addition to the en suite is a luxurious family bathroom comprising bath with hand-held shower attachment, wash hand basin, w.c., shaver point and mirrored storage cabinets.
OUTSIDEÂ Small communal seating area adjacent to the property. Picturesque Warfleet Creek is only a very short walk away and has several benches and a small beach with rock pools at low tide.Â
PARKINGÂ Parking available to the rear of the building for one car (allocated)
OTHER INFORMATIONÂ Free wireless broadband internet. Â Underfloor heating in all rooms and unlimited hot water.
